NATURE OF WORK:
- Receiving calls and maintaining contact with drivers during and after a traffic accident;
- Collecting necessary information and documents about damages, preparing reports, and analyzing them;
- Creating incident and damage files in the business management program and further damage administration;
- Cooperation with the police, insurance companies, intermediaries, department employees and other departments;
- Administration of the company's heavy goods vehicle (tractors and semi-trailers) compulsory and comprehensive insurance contracts, and controlling deadlines;
- Improving damage regulation processes.
WE HOPE YOU:
- You have experience in claims adjustment (in the field of transport - an advantage);
- You have good computer skills, are able to communicate in Russian and English;
- You have analytical thinking, are able to critically evaluate the information received;
