Monthly salary: €1,625.00 - €2,435.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- In case of disruptions to train traffic, customer service or rolling stock availability, clarify the causes, evaluate data, predict the scale of the incident, provide measures and coordinate actions to eliminate the incident
- Monitor the number of technically suitable trains for the operation, ensuring their smooth assignment to routes and prompt replacement if necessary
- Monitor information on the technical condition of the train fleet, including essential passenger service systems.
- Monitor the location of trains, organize their assignment, change, placement in repair or other technical position, in cooperation with technical and operational departments
- Organize the execution of trains, train crew trips, tasks and schedules, make changes according to operational needs, disruptions or resource changes
- Work on a rotating work schedule (including night shifts)
What do we expect?
- Higher or higher education (preferably in the field of transport/operations/management)
- Experience in logistics and transport flow management (experience in the field of railway transport would be an advantage)
- Fluent Lithuanian, English and (or) Polish (B1 level)
- Ability to work independently, make decisions and solve problems promptly
- Excellent MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint) program skills
- Stress management skills when working in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, initiative and ability to work team
