Monthly salary: €1,625.00 - €2,435.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary offered is based on work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Implement the plan and schedule of train and train crew trips and tasks, make changes to the plan and schedule
- In case of disruption of train traffic or customer service, clarify the reasons, evaluate data and information, predict the course and extent, provide measures, take actions to eliminate the incident, coordinate employee actions
- Manage information about the technical condition of the train fleet, train location, organize their replacement, placing in repair position
- Manage information about employee readiness, control employee departures to routes, if necessary, call and assign another employee with the necessary qualifications
- Monitor the accuracy and correctness of data, in case of discrepancies, find out the reasons and initiate data updates
- Work on a rotating work schedule (including night shifts)
What do we expect?
- Higher or higher education (preferably in the field of transport/operations/management)
- Experience in logistics and in transport flow management (experience in the field of railway transport would be an advantage)
- Fluent Lithuanian, English and (or) Polish (B1 level)
- Ability to work independently, make decisions and solve problems promptly
- Excellent MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint) program skills
- Stress management skills when working in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, initiative and ability to work in a team
