Monthly salary: €2,120.00 - €3,180.00 (excluding deductions taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Organize daily shift work, the essential function of which is to prepare passenger trains for travel (pre-trip inspection, fuel, water and other materials replenishment, internal and external cleanliness, heating), perform train shunting operations and organize train maintenance during parking
- Control compliance with technological processes, promptly identify and eliminate their violations
- Perform administration of technical and operational documents
- Control and ensure rational use of materials, tools, equipment and other resources allocated for work
- Standardize work processes and implement performance improvement solutions
- Provide employees with occupational safety measures, conduct timely occupational safety training
- Control the work and rest regime of subordinate shift employees
- Develop the team, set long-term and short-term performance goals and strive for their implementation
What do we expect?
- Higher college/higher technical education
- Similar work experience
- Knowledge of the principles of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical equipment
- Fluent Lithuanian
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
