Main responsibilities:
- Organize planning of international and local freight trains
- Ensure organization of export, import and transit shipments in accordance with international regulations and technical transportation plan
- Resolve issues related to the acceptance, transfer and transportation of trains, in cooperation with LTG Group companies and other administrations
- Formulate and implement the department's operational strategy, ensuring its compliance with the Company's goals
- Set the department's operational goals and ensure their implementation according to performance indicators
- Ensure effective team management, development, motivation and engagement
- Ensure the efficiency of operational processes, initiate and implement their improvement
- Ensure effective change and communication management
- Initiate and implement technological and IT solutions
- Conduct negotiations and cooperate with internal and external partners
- Represent the Company within the limits of its competence
What we expect?
- Higher university education (an advantage in the field of logistics)
- At least 2 years of managerial work experience
- Knowledge of clerical and document preparation rules
- Fluent Lithuanian and English
- Microsoft Office computer skills
