Nature of work
Short-term rental sales to individuals and legal entities in the Baltic States;
Maintaining relationships with key customers, responding to their needs and requirements, proposing appropriate solutions, searching for new ones;
Operative, active participation in service sales and planning and execution of long-term sales transactions;
An integral role in developing new strategic sales modules to ensure long-term successful cooperation;
Responsibility for the implementation of set sales goals and financial results;
Effective identification of problems and their resolution to ensure close contact with the client;
Negotiations on contracts, conditions, price fluctuations, promotions, etc.;
Monitoring competitive activity and analyzing and controlling the market situation;
Preparation of sales reports and forecasts and their execution;
Representation of the services provided;
