Nature of work
Short-term rental sales to individuals and legal entities in the Baltic States;
Maintaining relationships with key customers, responding to their needs and requirements, proposing appropriate solutions;
Finding new customers;
Prompt, active participation in service sales and planning and execution of long-term sales transactions;
Integral role in developing new strategic sales modules to ensure long-term successful cooperation;
Responsibility for the implementation of set sales goals and financial results;
Effective identification of problems, their resolution in order to ensure close contact with the customer;
Negotiations on contracts, conditions, price fluctuations, promotions, etc.;
Monitoring competitive activities and analyzing and controlling the market situation;
Preparation of sales reports and forecasts and their execution;
Representation of the services provided;

Communication skills, strategic thinking, diplomacy, negotiation skills, ability to make decisions quickly and absorb new information;
Analytical skills and reading skills;
At least 2 years of work experience in sales;
Good command of English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
Ability to go on business trips;
Good computer skills;
Ability to inspire a team and most importantly - enjoy what you do;
Driver's license, ability to drive a car with a manual transmission, experience min 3m
Analytical skills and reading skills;
At least 2 years of work experience in sales;
Good command of English, knowledge of Russian is an advantage;
Ability to go on business trips;
