Nature of work
We are looking for a responsible and diligent assistant manager at a car rental company who would contribute to the daily activities of the car rental.
Main job functions:

- Issuing and receiving cars to customers;
- Checking the condition of the car before issuing and after returning it;
- Preparing cars for other customers;
- Washing cars and cleaning the interior as needed;
- Checking the car's equipment and general condition;
- Preparing the car for rental, administering contracts, entering documentation according to the established procedure;
- Transmitting information about the car's condition to the manager;
- Recording minor discrepancies or noticed faults/damage and informing the responsible employee;
- Assisting the manager in performing daily car rental organization tasks.
Employee requirements
What do we expect from an employee?
- Responsibility and diligence;
- Organized and polite communication with clients in Lithuanian or English (+ Russian would be an advantage);
- Ability to independently organize one's work;
- Category B driver's license for manual/automatic transmission;
- Organized attitude to cars;
- Ability to work on weekends (3 weekends);
- Ability to coordinate work schedules in advance.
