Main responsibilities and objectives:
- To carry out analytical and expert activities, planning, distributing and using state budget funds for state capital investments for three years, in the following areas of state activity: economic competitiveness and state information resources; energy; transport and communications.
- To assess the need for state budget funds for state capital investments and to submit proposals for rational and effective planning of these funds for the above-mentioned needs in the specified areas of state activity.
- To assess the activities and projects of progress measures for their economic and social benefits.
- To consult interested parties and department specialists on the implementation of legal acts regulating the use of state budget funds for state capital investments and the application of the rules for the administration and financing of projects financed from the state budget and to submit proposals for the improvement of these legal acts.
- To assess and submit conclusions on draft legal acts related to state capital investments in the specified areas of state activity.
- To summarize the prepared reports on the planning and use of state budget funds for state capital investments.

- You have a higher university education (bachelor's degree) in law, economics, finance, public administration and have at least 2 years of work experience in the fields of public finance, economics, project management or administrative regulation.
- You speak English at B2 level or higher.
- You have strong analytical and large-scale information management skills.
- You are able to communicate fluently and in a reasoned manner.
- You are responsible, cooperative, organized, result-oriented, proactive, honest.
- You care about Lithuania and its future, you strive to create value for society.
Offered salary (gross): 1700-3300 EUR/month. The specific salary is negotiated individually, taking into account the work experience, competencies and compliance with other requirements of the position.
