MSL Baltic branch in Lithuania is part of the international communications group Publicis Groupe, which unites Starcom and Zenith media planning, and Digitas digital communication agencies in Lithuania. Our services include public relations, public relations, event organization, social media management and content creation. We are looking for someone who would feel great in a dynamic and changing environment and would like to contribute to shaping the future of the agency.
Main responsibilities:
- Independently manage clients' social media and digital communication projects;
- Plan content strategy and coordinate its implementation across different channels;
- Prepare creative briefs, coordinate creative, design, filming and content production processes;
- Consult clients on digital communication issues and ensure high project quality;
- Analyze results, prepare insights and recommendations to increase communication efficiency;
- Monitor market trends, identify new opportunities and initiate creative solutions.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in social media, content marketing or integrated communications;
- Experience in independently managing clients and communication projects;
- Excellent knowledge of social media, content formats and digital communication trends;
- Ability to think strategically, plan and prioritize work;
- Excellent written and oral Lithuanian and English language skills;
- Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
