NATURE OF WORK:
- Competitive environment analysis
- Analysis of competitors' actions on social networks and e-stores
- Creation of visual and video content for social networks (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube)
- Generating ideas for short-form videos (Reels, Stories, UGC-style videos), filming, editing and adapting them to various channels
- Planning, coordinating and adapting social media content for different Baltic markets
- Analysis of communication on social networks, reports
- Administration of the company's blog
- Preparation of newsletters and preparation of visuals
- Analysis of newsletter communication, conclusions and reports
- Uploading visual content and promotional materials to the e-store platform
- Employment contract is fixed-term, for 2 years, but with the possibility of extension to an indefinite period
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher education in marketing, communication or management
- Good communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Computer literacy
- Excellent knowledge of digital marketing, ability to analyze campaign indicators
- Experience and knowledge in the field of marketing
- Excellent analytical skills and quality orientation
- Successful experience in social media management (min. 1-2 years)
- Fluent knowledge of Lithuanian, both written and spoken
- Website administration experience
- Responsibility for the quality of the work performed
- Good knowledge of English, written
- Knowledge of new digital marketing trends
- AI tools: Ability and willingness to use AI tools for content and visual generation and optimization in daily work (Kling, ChatGPT, Adobe)
- Application management: Excellent skills in working with Adobe InDesign and Illustrator (required). Knowledge of Photoshop, Figma and video editing programs (e.g. CapCut, Premiere Pro) is an additional advantage
