We are looking for a Content Team Leader responsible for the daily work of the club's media team, content planning and creative direction. Someone who understands basketball, knows social media and knows how to engage fans beyond game day.
What will your daily routine be like?
- I will lead the club's media team - I will organize daily work, distribute tasks and ensure their smooth implementation.
- Together with the team, I will plan content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and other club platforms.
- I will generate creative ideas, develop new content formats and look for original ways to tell the club's stories.
- I will ensure the quality of the content being created - from the initial idea to the publication of the final video, visual or post.
- I will plan match day content and coordinate the work of photographers and the media team in the arena.
- I will collaborate with the communication, marketing and commerce teams in implementing various projects and campaigns.
- I will monitor the results of social networks, analyze the effectiveness of the content and look for ways to grow the club's audience.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience in content creation, working with social networks or in the field of communication.
- Ability to lead a team, clearly formulate tasks, make independent decisions, manage deadlines and adapt to rapidly changing situations.
- Good knowledge of social networks and understanding of what content works on different platforms and why.
- Creative thinking, strong visual sense and the ability not only to propose, but also to implement ideas.
- Interest in basketball, its current affairs and fan culture.
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English and strong communication skills.
- Opportunities to work in the club office in Vilnius and participate in events and basketball competitions.
We would consider the following as additional advantages:
- Experience leading a creative or social media team.
- Portfolio of successfully implemented creative projects or campaigns.
- Basics of photography, filmmaking, video editing or graphic design.
- Interest in sports, social media and pop culture trends and the ability to apply them to content creation.
