- Communicating with customers directly, by phone and e-mail. by mail;
- Working with the reservation system, administration of travel reservations;
- Preparation and sale of travel offers;
- Consulting clients on all arising issues, solving problems and providing information;
- Preparation and administration of necessary documents;
- Other administrative works;
Requirements
- Correct Lithuanian language;
- Knowledge of Russian and English;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Work experience in the field of tourism and/or sales - a big advantage;
- Good computer skills;
- Quick orientation and receptivity, responsible approach to work;
- Positivity, politeness, helpfulness, attentiveness
