Nature of work
A tourism manager is responsible for professional customer service:
- sells tourist products (holiday and individual travel packages);
- makes reservations for airplane, ferry, bus and train tickets;
- orders accommodation services;
- concludes insurance contracts;
- issues invoices, accepts payments.
Employee requirements
- higher or higher education (in the field of tourism - would be an advantage);
- work experience in a travel agency (would be an advantage);
- business communication skills, sociability, ability to work in a team;
- correct Lithuanian language, good command of English;
- good computer skills.
