Baltic Blues – a growing inbound tourism agency – is looking for someone to manage one of the most important links – the tour guide network.
This is a job where decisions are made quickly and situations change daily – from coordinating schedules to solving last-minute problems.

What awaits you:
● Search, attraction, selection, introduction, training of tour guides (EN / DE market), drawing up and coordinating their work schedules.
● Organization of tours, meetings and trainings of tour guides.
● Daily communication with tour guides and prompt organization of changes.
● Updating and managing the database of existing and potential tour guides.
● Communication with the internal team, foreign partners and preparation of reports.
● Working hours: I-F 8:00-17:00, during the season, urgent tasks (by phone) may have to be performed after working hours/on weekends/on holidays.
● Organization of tours, meetings and trainings of tour guides.
● Daily communication with tour guides and prompt organization of changes.
● Updating and managing the database of existing and potential tour guides.
● Communication with the internal team, foreign partners and preparation of reports.
● Working hours: I-F 8:00-17:00, during the season, urgent tasks (by phone) may have to be performed after working hours/on weekends/on holidays.
Expectations for the candidate:
● Fluent in English (Russian is a big advantage).
● Experience in an environment where quick response is required (customer service, logistics, coordination, etc.).
● Ability to independently solve situations without waiting for instructions.
● Ability to manage multiple situations simultaneously and prioritize quickly.
● Structured work style: task tracking, clear communication, attention to detail.
● Availability when the situation requires it (especially during the season).
● Experience in an environment where quick response is required (customer service, logistics, coordination, etc.).
● Ability to independently solve situations without waiting for instructions.
