Nature of work
- registration of primary accounting documents in the information system, description of the nomenclature of goods and services, creation and verification of purchase orders;
- execution of warehouse management functions: transfer of stocks between warehouses and write-off in the information system, physical receipt, issuance, storage of goods;
- ordering goods under contracts and supply according to demand;
- description of contracts in the information system and supervision of their registration.
Employee requirements
- higher or higher education;
- work experience in managing primary accounting documents and/or warehouse management using information systems;
- knowledge of the basic principles of filling out accounting documents (periodicity, accounting consistency, importance of content, etc.);
- responsibility, diligence, initiative and result orientation.

2400 – 2600 EUR (tax included), depending on competences and experience.
