In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Coordination of LRT real estate use, lease and administration processes and initiation of solutions for more efficient asset use;
- Administration of real estate lease, use and other contracts, cooperation with tenants and partners;
- Organization of property maintenance, repair, utility and catering services and their quality control;
- Administration of data, documents, invoices and contract execution related to asset management;
- Participation in planning and organizing the procurement of goods, services and works;
- Coordination of asset management projects, process improvement, digitalization and increasing operational efficiency.
We hope you will have:
- Higher education (advantage – real estate, business management, administration or other related field);
- At least 2 years of experience in real estate administration, asset management, contract administration, service coordination or project management;
- Knowledge of real estate leasing and administration processes, principles of contract management and service coordination;
- Able to independently plan, organize and coordinate activities, manage deadlines and ensure smooth implementation of processes;
- Strong analytical skills, able to evaluate data, identify problems and propose effective solutions;
- Able to constructively cooperate with internal and external stakeholders, coordinate interests and resolve emerging issues;
- Good working knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel; experience working with VTIPS, Mokesta, Jira, DocLogix or other asset, document and process management systems (advantage);
- You are proactive, responsible, diligent and result-oriented.

Salary for this position: from 2800 to 3150 EUR/month (excluding taxes, depending on experience and competencies) + bonuses depending on performance.
