In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Coordination of the Asset Management Department's procurement, services, work orders and billing processes and smooth movement of documents and information.
- Administration of budget planning, data collection, analysis and implementation monitoring, providing proposals for more efficient use of funds.
- Control and administration of deadlines for contracts, certificates, investment applications and other document processes, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Organization of the asset planning and needs coordination process, ensuring the relevance and compatibility of information between departments.
- Coordination and execution of market research, public and program procurement procedures in accordance with the requirements of legal acts, ensuring transparency and legality of processes.
- Supervision of the quality, integrity and compliance of processes, documents and submitted data with established procedures and initiation of inconsistencies to eliminate them.
We hope you will have:
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of similar work experience (advantage - experience in process/project coordination, procurement or finance);
- Ability to plan, coordinate processes and effectively manage time and resources;
- Ability to prepare reports, analytical information, draft contracts and internal documents;
- Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
- Experience working with the central public procurement information system (CVP IS) - an advantage;
- Excellent oral and written knowledge of the Lithuanian language;
- Team thinking and behavior, high orientation towards results and quality.

Salary for this position: from 2220 to 2770 EUR/month (excluding taxes, depending on experience and competencies) + bonuses depending on performance.
