IF YOU:
- have a university/non-university degree or equivalent or are a final year student
- are able to communicate fluently in Lithuanian, both orally and in writing
- are able to analyze the situation, plan and organize your work, know how to manage information and make the necessary decisions
- have a driver's license (category B) and at least two years of driving experience
- have experience in the field of property management
- have experience in organizing low-value public procurement and/or preparing technical specifications
WE TRUST YOU TO CONTRIBUTE TO:
- organization of operation and repair of the institution's buildings, premises, territory maintenance, security and video surveillance systems
- organization and execution of proper operation, accounting, technical maintenance, repair, insurance of vehicles and other tangible assets
- organization of metrological checks of measuring instruments
- planning of procurement and preparation of technical specifications in the area of asset management, initiation and execution of low-value public procurements
- administration of contracts in the area of asset management
- organization and execution of public auctions
- search for effective asset management solutions and their implementation
- supply of economic and other tangible assets and performance of other economic works
