Higher university education (preferably technical/economic field);
Property appraiser, appraiser assistant certificate (mandatory);
Basics of English;
Excellent MS Office (Word/Excel) skills;
Driver's license; car (would be an advantage);
Duty, loyalty, reliability, initiative, responsibility;
Good planning, work organization skills, ability to prioritize;
Accuracy, quick reaction and thoroughness;
Ability to work in a team.
