Nature of work
- Comprehensive assistance to the property appraiser in preparing property appraisal reports;
- Preparation to independently prepare property valuation reports;
- Communication with clients and other real estate market participants;
- Work in the office and trips to facilities;
- Analysis, accumulation, systematization, summarization of information in the preparation of property valuation reports.
Employee requirements
- Higher university education (mandatory);
- Excellent MS Office (word/excel) skills;
- Driver's license; car (would be an advantage);
- Lithuanian language (level not lower than C2);
- Want to become an appraiser in the future;
- Duty, loyalty, reliability, initiative, responsibility;
- Accuracy, attentiveness and speed of work performance.
The company offers
- Acquire the qualification of an assistant property appraiser and PROPERTY APPRAISER;
- Work experience is not required - we pay;
- We provide training to acquire the qualification of an assistant property appraiser;

- Receive a base salary and a bonus depending on work results;
