We are looking for a strong, responsible and practical manager who would take full responsibility for the management of the company's real estate and movable assets in Lithuania and ensure smooth daily operations.

Main responsibilities:

  • Management and maintenance of existing and new properties in Lithuania
  • Search for real estate for retail trade
  • Organization and control of property purchase and sale processes
  • Organization of detailed planning, design of buildings and premises up to construction permit
  • Organization and management of construction and repair works of small-sized premises and buildings
  • Search, selection and coordination of work of contractors
  • Conclusion of utility and other utility service contracts and cost control
  • Organization and maintenance of farm operation, including refrigeration of products, heating, ventilation, air conditioning of premises
  • Management of a team (up to 10 employees)

We hope you:

  • Has a university or higher education (preferably in a technical or managerial field)
  • Has equivalent practical experience in the field of property management, construction or farm maintenance
  • Able to organize work, analyze numbers, control costs
  • Has good negotiation skills when working with contractors and partners
  • Understands the specifics of detailed design of buildings and premises
