- Assessment of the circumstances of the incident and the collected documents and terms of the insurance contract
- Determination of the amount of the loss - making decisions on the payment of insurance benefits

- You will share your insights with managers and contribute to claims administration and process improvement

- Experience with Sistela or knowledge of Russian (advantage)
