In this position, you will be responsible for:
- Filming of television shows and other audiovisual projects, ensuring high image quality;
- Working with professional filming equipment and, according to available competencies, additional filming equipment (steadicam, TV winch, TV rails, etc.);
- Filming in studios and on location;
- Cooperation with directors, creative teams and other colleagues;
- Preparation and maintenance of filming equipment;
- Prompt response to unforeseen situations during filming.
We hope you will have:
- At least secondary education with professional qualifications (advantage – in photography, TV media or related fields);
- At least 2 years of experience working with professional television equipment in multi-camera filming;
- Good skills in working with filming equipment and knowledge of video filming principles;
- Ability to work with at least one of the additional filming technologies: steadicam, TV winch or TV rails (advantage – experience working with drones, CuePilot, GoPro or other specialized equipment);
- Excellent knowledge of the Lithuanian language (advantage – knowledge of English technical terms);
- Ability to quickly respond to technical challenges, effectively cooperate in a team and work in a dynamic environment;
- Initiative, creativity, responsibility and orientation towards a quality result.

Salary for this position: from 2400 to 3000 EUR/month (excluding taxes, depending on experience and competencies) + bonuses depending on performance.
