If you are interested in:

  • Formulate and coordinate the Group's sustainability (ESG) strategy, objectives and action plans;
  • Coordinate ESG data collection, analysis and quality assurance;
  • Organize the sustainability reporting process and prepare sustainability reports;
  • Implement and ensure uniform sustainability standards and processes in the Group's companies in Lithuania and Latvia;
  • Monitor changes in sustainability legislation and regulations and coordinate their implementation in the Group;
  • Coordinate Dual Materiality Assessment (DMA) processes, Impacts, Risks and Opportunities (IRO) assessment;
  • Manage and coordinate social audits and compliance assessments (SMETA, EcoVadis, etc.);
  • Coordinate the environmental area and the implementation of related requirements;
  • Cooperate with other departments in implementing sustainability initiatives;
  • Prepare reports, analyses and strategic insights for the Group's management and the Board;
  • Represent the Group on sustainability issues in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

If you:

  • You have 3-5 years of experience in the field of sustainability / ESG, formulating, implementing and coordinating sustainability strategies and action plans;
  • You are well-versed in CSRD and ESG requirements, have practical experience in conducting Dual Materiality Assessment (DMA) and assessing impacts, risks and opportunities (IRO);
  • You have practical experience in collecting and analyzing sustainability data, including GHG Scope 1-3, energy, water, waste and circularity indicators;
  • You are able to manage cross-functional projects, collaborate with other departments;
  • You have strong communication, negotiation, public speaking and stakeholder engagement skills;
  • You have experience in preparing ESG disclosures and sustainability reports, as well as collaborating with independent auditors in the assurance process (advantage);
  • You have experience in social and supply chain compliance audits (SMETA / SEDEX, EcoVadis, amfori BSCI or others) (advantage);
  • You have a good understanding of environmental requirements, including IPPC / Emission permits, PPWR and EUDR (advantage);
  • You have work experience in a manufacturing company, especially in the food or dairy processing sector (advantage);
  • You have experience coordinating sustainability processes in an international or corporate group (advantage);
  • You are able to communicate in English.

Salary

5300-6600 €/mon. gross
Salary depends on the results. With the opportunity to grow.
