Your role
You will develop and improve sealant and coating compositions, analyze raw material properties and search for the most effective formula solutions that meet modern quality and sustainability requirements.

Your role
You will develop and improve sealant and coating compositions, analyze raw material properties and search for the most effective formula solutions that meet modern quality and sustainability requirements.
Nature of work
- Formulate and optimize formulations of sealants, primers, varnishes or special coatings.
- Conduct testing and selection of raw materials.
- Conduct testing according to standardized methods (ISO, ASTM, LST).
- Develop internal methodologies.
- Analyze the results obtained, prepare reports and provide proposals to the production and quality departments.
- Participate in the development of new products from idea to pilot production.
- Monitor market innovations, scientific literature and competitor technologies.
Employee requirements
- Higher education (bachelor or master) in chemistry, chemical technology.
- English (for reading technical literature, writing reports, communicating with raw material suppliers).
- Analytical thinking, diligence, results documentation skills.
- Computer skills.
Benefits
- Working experience in a laboratory for paints, adhesives, polymers or similar products (at least 1-2 years - or depending on the level).
- Knowledge of the interaction of paint components, rheology, dispersion processes.
- Ability to work with laboratory equipment (mixers, viscometers, color measuring devices, etc.).
- Experience working according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or similar quality standards.
