UAB "Jaros prekyba" is a trading company that has been successfully operating in the market for more than 25 years. We value reliability, professionalism and long-term cooperation. We are currently inviting a responsible, organized and communicative trade administrator to join our team.
Main responsibilities

Administration of product orders and control of their execution;
Communication with customers, suppliers and company partners;
Preparation of commercial offers, orders and other documents;
Administration of invoices, shipping notes and other trade documents;
Entering and maintaining goods, prices and other information in the accounting system;
Administration of sales processes;
Operational resolution of daily issues.

Basic requirements

Good computer literacy;
Knowledge of accounting basics;
Fluency in English;
Responsibility, diligence and ability to organize work independently;
Good communication skills;
Experience in trade, administration or accounting is an advantage.
