UAB "Vikeda" is an international company, one of the largest ice cream manufacturers in the Baltic States, which has been exporting its products to more than 30 countries around the world for more than 20 years. In Lithuania, the company is best known as the manufacturer of DADU ice cream - one of the best-known and most recognizable brands in the ice cream category in the country. Constantly growing and strengthening its positions in international markets, the company introduced a new brand "Icetopia" in 2025, reflecting a modern approach to the ice cream category, innovations and new consumer experiences.
Your responsibilities:
- Effective management of product groups from creation to market launch (working with R&D, making proposals, approving).
- Coordination of product development processes with production, quality, sales departments.
- Market analysis, monitoring of competitors' activities, pricing formation.
- Introduction of new products to the market and formation of support strategies.
- Development of brand value ideas and coordination of packaging/design processes.
- Organization of marketing campaigns/projects and analysis of results.
- Collaboration with customers, partners and colleagues.
We hope you:
- you have a higher education (preferably in business management, marketing, economics or similar fields).
- you have at least 2 years of work experience in marketing, product management, project management or similar fields.
- you are characterized by strategic and analytical thinking.
- you are able to work in a team and independently.
- you have excellent organizational and communication skills.
- you are result-oriented and able to make decisions.
- you have good knowledge of English (other languages are an advantage).
