Main responsibilities:
- Coordination of product orders, filling out documents;
- Working with data - entering them into systems, updating and managing them;
- Gathering information using information resources;
- Assisting the export sales department, helping to ensure the smooth operation of processes and performing various technical and administrative tasks required in a fast-moving sales team.
We hope you:
- You have a university or higher education;
- You are quick-witted, flexible, proactive, organized, and attentive to details;
- You have experience in sales or customer service;
- You are good at working with computers (especially MS Excel);
- If you know English and Russian - it would be an advantage.
