What will you learn?

Requirements
- Not less than 1 year of continuous experience in any field;
- Технический склад мышления;
- Logical thinking and interest in device mechanisms;
- High accuracy and attention to details;
- Good fine motor skills;
- Persistence, patience and ability to concentrate for a long time on accurate work;
- Responsibility and ability to work in a team;
- Desire to learn and develop in the profession;
- Good knowledge of spoken Russian language — mandatory, as training and daily internal work communication are conducted in Russian language;
- Experience working with mechanical watches will be an advantage, but not mandatory.

- Good fine motor skills;
- Patience, attentiveness and the ability to concentrate for a long time while performing precise work;

- Willingness to learn and develop professionally;
- Good oral Russian language skills are essential, as training and daily internal work communication are conducted in Russian;
- Experience working with mechanical watches is an advantage, but not necessary.
