About us
UAB "Geležinkelių krova" and UAB "OMO investicijos", belonging to the INITIO GROUP group of companies, are looking for a Business Unit Administrator / Project Manager who would be responsible for the administration of real estate, territories and daily business activities managed by the companies and the coordination of related projects.
Primary responsibilities
- Administration and organization of maintenance of buildings, premises and territories belonging to companies;
- solving everyday economic and technical issues;
- planning, organization and control of repair, maintenance and other economic works;
- searching for contractors and service providers, evaluating offers, ordering work and controlling performance;
- organizing maintenance of electricity, water, heating and other engineering systems;
- coordination of territory management, cleaning, waste removal and other services;
- organizing procurement of household goods, materials and services;
- preventive maintenance of property, identification and planning of necessary works;
- coordination of smaller reconstruction, repair and infrastructure improvement projects;
- searching for tenants for vacant premises and territories;
- administration of rental advertisements and commercial offers;
- communication with potential tenants, presentation of objects and coordination of negotiations;
- Administration of existing tenants and resolution of daily issues;
- Monitoring of lease agreements, terms and other administrative issues related to the lease;
- Providing suggestions for more efficient use of the property, cost optimization and increasing occupancy.
What are we hoping for

- ability to independently plan, organize and control work;
- technical understanding of building, engineering systems and territory maintenance;
- ability to communicate and negotiate with contractors, suppliers and tenants;
- commercial approach and initiative in finding new tenants;
- ability to coordinate several different works or projects at the same time;
- driver's license;
- similar work experience in the field of real estate, building, farm administration or project management would be an advantage.
