We are looking for a versatile farm worker who is able to independently perform various building maintenance, minor repairs and technical work.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Minor plumbing and sewage work - replacing faucets, siphons, taps, removing leaks and blockages;
Minor electrical work - replacing light fixtures, lamps, sockets, switches and troubleshooting according to available expertise;
Tile installation, replacing damaged tiles;
Wall repair - puttying, painting, repairing cracks and other damage;
Silicone and other minor finishing work;
Adjusting and replacing doors, locks, hinges, handles;
Furniture assembly and minor repairs;
Fastening and installation of shelves, holders and other elements;
Identifying various faults and promptly eliminating them;
Other daily farm and maintenance work.
