We are looking for a colleague who:

ensure daily maintenance and proper operation of buildings, premises and structures;
maintain heating, air conditioning, electrical equipment and fix their malfunctions;
perform minor household repairs as needed;
maintain the company's company cars and take care of their technical condition;
ensure the receipt, storage and issuance of material assets;
perform tasks related to farm maintenance according to the instructions of the direct manager.

This position requires:

at least secondary education or acquired professional qualification;
at least 1 year of work experience in the field of farm maintenance and building maintenance;
excellent command of the Lithuanian language in writing and orally;
valid driver's license and at least 3 years of driving experience;
ability to independently plan and organize work;
knowledge of safety and health, fire, civil protection, electrical safety requirements;
ability to work with Microsoft Office software;
responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism and cooperation.

Salary:

1,440 - 2,160 Eur/month. excluding taxes. The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
