You will be responsible for:
- Lead the farm department team in organizing daily farm activities;
- Monitor the technical condition of buildings, engineering systems, equipment and other infrastructure;
- Plan, organize and control repair and maintenance work, ensuring their quality;
- Cooperate with contractors and suppliers, negotiate terms of cooperation, administer contracts and control budget execution;
- Ensure compliance with employee safety, health and fire safety requirements;
- Manage documentation related to farm activities and ensure compliance with legal acts;
- Initiate solutions for optimizing processes and reducing operating costs;
- Propose ideas for improving infrastructure and implementing new technologies.
We hope you:
- You have a higher or vocational technical education (in engineering, construction or a similar field);
- You have accumulated at least 2-3 years of work experience in the management of a part of the farm or similar positions;
- You have experience in leading a team and are able to motivate and mobilize a team for common goals;
- You are able to independently plan work, set priorities and make operational decisions;
- You have excellent organizational, planning and project management skills;
- You have good technical knowledge of the operation and maintenance of buildings, engineering systems and equipment;
- You have a category B driver's license.
