Farm manager

Asset maintenance and management:

Ensure the proper condition of the company's real estate, machinery and equipment;
Organize the maintenance, repair and renovation of assets;
Manage the company's infrastructure (buildings, warehouses, garages, etc.) in accordance with established rules.

Contract and supply coordination:

Negotiate service and goods supply contracts;
Ensure that the necessary supplies, materials and services are received on time;
Organize accounting of resources used in the farm department.

Team management:

Lead a team of farm employees (farmers, technicians, cleaners, other specialists);
Ensure effective team work, resolve conflicts and ensure employee motivation;
Organize employee work schedules and task distribution.

Budget management:

Prepare the farm budget;
Control costs and ensure optimal use of funds.

Solving operational problems:

Respond to unforeseen events (technical equipment failures, property damage, etc.);
Quickly make decisions to minimize losses.

Experience in similar work;
Ability to quickly respond to unexpected events and solve problems;
Ability to negotiate service and supply contracts.

Ability to work with budget management and project management programs;
Knowledge of English and/or Russian;
Higher education in engineering, management or related fields;
Experience in budget preparation and cost control.

1500-2000 €/mon. net
