Nature of work
- Ensuring the maintenance and proper operation of the company's buildings, territory, vehicles and other property;
- Performing daily household and household work: territory maintenance, grass cutting, minor repair and maintenance work and solving other current farm issues;
- Monitoring the operation of engineering and critical technical systems, including pharmaceutical refrigerators and temperature regime systems;
- Organizing maintenance, troubleshooting, repair and preventive work;
- Coordination and control of the work of contractors, suppliers and other service partners;
- Planning and control of repair work, estimates and farm costs;
- Ensuring preparation for seasonal work, technical inspections and compliance with safety requirements;
- Prompt response to critical technical failures or emergency situations, if necessary - and outside of normal working hours.
Employee requirements
- You have similar work experience;
- You have technical knowledge about the maintenance of buildings, premises and engineering systems;
- You are able to organize repair and maintenance work, coordinate contractors and control the quality of work;
- You have experience in planning work, budgets and estimates;
- You are able to independently and promptly solve technical and organizational issues;
- You are responsible, organized, proactive and able to cooperate with different departments and partners of the company;
- You have a valid category B driver's license.
