Head of the farm section (Farmer)

UAB "Carlsen Baltic" is a Danish capital company with more than 90 years of experience in the automotive industry and has been successfully operating in Lithuania since 2004. We are a leading designer and manufacturer of lightweight isothermal bodies for transporting food products of various temperatures.
We are currently expanding and establishing a new branch in Kaunas (Kalantos g.), therefore we are looking for someone who will install it and ensure that all our buildings and equipment operate smoothly, safely and in accordance with the requirements.

New unit installation

• You will organize and coordinate the repair and installation work of the new unit.
• You will select, evaluate and hire contractors and service providers, coordinate prices, deadlines and scope of work.
• You will monitor the quality of work, accept the completed work and require the correction of deficiencies, if any.

Building maintenance and operation

• You will take care of the maintenance of existing buildings, premises and engineering systems (to the extent that is not the responsibility of the lessor).
• You will plan and organize current repairs, and you will also perform minor work yourself.
• You will communicate with the lessor to resolve emerging problems.

Equipment and inventory maintenance

• You will keep records of production inventory.
• You will organize technical maintenance and periodic inspections of cranes, hoists and other potentially dangerous equipment.
• You will perform and register inspections of ladders and other work equipment.

Fire safety and documentation

• Organize periodic fire safety inspections and fire extinguisher inspections.
• Fill in and maintain all logs and documentation related to the farm.

2640-3310 €/mon. gross
The salary depends on the candidate's work experience and competencies.
