Farm Manager (Deputy Farm Manager)

We are looking for a technically skilled and organized person who would take care of organizing the farm and maintenance work of the real estate object. We are looking for a practical person who is able to find suitable partners, organize their work, control prices and quality, and ensure that the work is completed on time and at a reasonable price.

• Control the quality of the work performed by operators performing cleaning and other technical work at the object; maintenance of the technical condition of the building;
• Independently search for and select potential partners performing farm and maintenance work and other necessary specialists, coordinate their work performance processes and prepared documentation.
• Record and document insured events, coordinate repair work for insured events.
• Control the timeliness of the operator's readings of electricity, gas and other resource-using devices submitted to the accounting department.
• Coordinate work deadlines, organize contractors' access to facilities and coordinate their work. Compare received offers, evaluate prices, scope of work, deadlines and reliability of contractors and provide recommendations for selection.
• Maintain contact with Tenants, promptly resolve emerging economic and technical problems, control their mandatory work (e.g. hood maintenance).
• Management and control of technical documentation and building maintenance data.
• Administration staff PGS, keeping work safety logs, collecting signatures, tracking initial and periodic briefings;
• Maintenance of company car facilities
• Organization, verification, acceptance of work of the Administration IT company;
• Assessment of Tenants' projects, verification of the assessment of building maintenance company projects, drawing up an assessment report. Tracking correction of comments, decision-making, consultations with specialists;

We hope that you:

· Have practical experience in the field of repair, construction, building operation or maintenance.

· Understand basic electrical, plumbing, finishing and general repair work.

· Are able to assess the scope of repair work and understand what the cost of work and materials consists of.

· Know how to communicate with partners, contractors, negotiate prices and look for the best price-quality ratio.

· Are independent, responsible, organized and result-oriented.

· Are able to plan your time, adhere to agreements and control several tasks at the same time.

· Know how to use a computer, e-mail and basic office programs.

· Have a category B driver's license.
