- Organization of maintenance and service of agricultural machinery (tractors, combines, implements) and other farm machinery;
- Organization of team work, distribution of tasks and control of their implementation;
- Solving technical problems, coordination of fault diagnostics and their elimination;
- Planning and organization of seasonal work;
- Cooperation with suppliers and services, ordering spare parts.
Employee requirements
- Knowledge of agricultural machinery and understanding of repair and maintenance processes;
- Ability to organize, manage and motivate a team;
- Fluent in spoken and written English;
- Good computer skills;
- Responsibility, independence and ability to make decisions;
- Technical education is an advantage;
- Technical knowledge of English is an advantage.
