Altas Auto, a European leader in minibus production, is looking for a Facility and Building Maintenance Manager who would contribute to the smooth operation of the organization and the implementation of various projects.
Main responsibilities:
- Operation project management – planning, organizing and supervising work.
- Contractor management – selection of external contractors and service providers, contract management and quality control of work.
- Building and premises maintenance – monitoring of technical condition, organizing minor repairs and coordinating contractors’ work.
- Engineering systems maintenance – maintenance and management of heating and cooling systems; electricity maintenance; gas maintenance.
- Territories management – resolving issues of territory maintenance and order, organizing seasonal work (e.g. snow removal).
- Fire safety – ensuring compliance with fire safety requirements in all facilities.
- Farm inventory management – maintenance of tools, furniture, equipment and replenishment of stocks.
- Operational support – providing technical assistance to employees in emergency situations.
- Documentation management – maintaining farm-related documentation, planning expenses and submitting proposals to management.
We hope you have:
- Experience in farm management, building maintenance or similar field.
- Excellent organizational skills in coordinating multiple projects at once.
- Fire safety certificate.
- Gas and/or electrical maintenance certificate (great advantage)
- Driving license (category B).
