You will be responsible for
- Facility maintenance: Regular monitoring and supervision of the technical condition and order of ongoing construction sites, existing buildings and plots.
- Contractor management: Collection of commercial offers (tendering), search, selection and negotiations on prices and deadlines for designers, contractors and foremen.
- Work control: Supervision and control of the quality, deadlines, budget and technological processes of the work performed by hired contractors.
- Resolving economic issues: Prompt organization and resolution of minor breakdowns, accidents or maintenance issues (welfare, cleaning, grass cutting, snow removal), ordering the necessary construction or economic materials, logistics management and account control.
We hope you
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in construction supervision, real estate management or business organization.
- Technical understanding: Basic knowledge of construction processes, materials and building engineering systems.
- Personal qualities: Good negotiation skills, organization, demanding of others (for contractor control) and the ability to react quickly to problem situations.
- Computer literacy: Ability to work with basic programs (MS Excel, Word), manage e-mail, prepare simple estimate summaries.
- Mobility: Category B driver's license.
