FARMING AND TECHNICAL MAINTENANCE MANAGER

Organization of maintenance of the company's buildings, territory and infrastructure.
Organization of technical maintenance of production and auxiliary equipment.
Identification of faults, organization and control of their resolution.
Planning and organization of repair works of buildings and equipment.
Search for contractors, craftsmen and service providers, organization and control of work.
Coordination of maintenance of electricity, water, heating, ventilation and other engineering systems.
Organization of maintenance of the company's transport, forklifts, tools and other equipment.
Planning of the need for farm goods, materials and services and organization of purchases.
Ensuring order and proper condition of the company's infrastructure.
Planning of farm and technical maintenance works and control of their performance.

Technical thinking and practical skills.
Ability to independently identify problems and find solutions.
Experience in technical maintenance, economics, production, mechanics or a similar field.
Ability to organize work and control its results.
Responsibility, orderliness and initiative.
Category B driver's license.
Knowledge and experience in electrical, mechanical, plumbing or other technical fields in a manufacturing company will be considered an advantage.
