Maintenance Assistant

For a growing restaurant chain, we are looking for a versatile Maintenance Assistant to take care of the technical and economic maintenance of our restaurants. This is a mobile job, so you will need to travel between our restaurants in Kaunas, Vilnius, Klaipėda and Riga. The work schedule is Monday-Friday, 8:00-17:00, and a company car is provided for work purposes.

About the job:

Your daily routine will be related to the technical maintenance of restaurants and solving various practical problems. You will need to perform minor repair and installation work, identify and eliminate faults, maintain kitchen and other restaurant equipment. You may also need to perform simple plumbing, electrical, furniture, doors, decoration and other economic work.

When the problem is more complex, you will need to communicate and coordinate work with services and external craftsmen. Another important part of the job is preventive maintenance of restaurants and equipment, so that there are as few breakdowns as possible and restaurant operations run smoothly.

What we expect:

• Technical thinking and understanding of how various equipment works;

• Responsibility, independence and ability to solve problems;
• Category B driver's license;
• Work experience in technical maintenance, repair, electricity, plumbing or similar fields is an advantage.

It is not necessary to know everything. The most important thing is to have technical understanding, be able to work with your hands and be willing to learn. We will train you with the specifics of restaurant equipment and other necessary work.
