Nature of work:
- Organization and coordination of operational maintenance of trade equipment, administrative staff transport, technological equipment;
- Organization, coordination and functionality control of operational maintenance of building engineering systems;
- Control of the quality of work performed by service providers and compliance with contracts;
- Registration of insured events;
- Organization and control of fire protection system maintenance;
- Ordering materials and tools required for repair and operation and administration of related documents;
- Operational troubleshooting and rapid adoption of technical decisions;
- Organization, renewal and modernization of technical maintenance of trade and technological equipment;
- Organization and implementation control of procurement of farm maintenance goods and services;
- Energy analysis, provision of efficiency solution proposals;
- Performance of assigned tasks related to other building operation, maintenance and engineering works together with a team of specialists.
Requirements:
- Higher/higher education in the field of engineering;
- Responsibility, result orientation, initiative;
- Ability to plan time and organize work;
- Ability to work both individually and in a team;
- Experience in real estate management and maintenance;
- Excellent knowledge of the working principles of engineering systems;
- Valid category B driver's license;
- Advantage - occupational safety certificate, electrical work qualification category, gas pressure boiler or heating maintenance certificate, etc.
