Nature of work
- Maintain and repair the company's buildings, premises, territory and infrastructure.
- Perform floor, wall and roof repair work.
- Perform painting, tiling, concreting and other general repair work.
- Perform minor metal repair and welding work, repair damaged metal structures or equipment parts.
- Perform minor electrical repair and installation work within the scope of competence.
- Assist the technical maintenance team in daily work.
- Monitor the condition of buildings, territory and infrastructure, and timely notice failures or inconsistencies.
- Ensure that the work performed complies with the food safety, employee safety and hygiene requirements applied in the company.
- If necessary, perform other work related to technical maintenance and infrastructure maintenance.
Employee requirements
- B category driver's license.
- Practical skills in building and infrastructure repair work.
- Ability to independently identify a problem, plan work and carry it out.
- Responsible attitude to employee safety, food safety, order and hygiene.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Organization, initiative and willingness to solve problems in practice.
- Valid training / qualification certificates for working with lifting platforms (scissor lift, tower or other similar equipment).
- Experience as a welder and ability to perform metal repair work.
- Experience in electrical work and skills in minor electrical repair / installation work.
- Experience in a manufacturing company or in the field of technical maintenance.
- Experience in maintaining building engineering systems and infrastructure.
- Experience using a maintenance / fault registration program.
