Nature of work
● Maintenance and control of the technical condition of restaurant network premises, engineering systems (electrical, plumbing, ventilation, heating, cooling) and production equipment;
● Preparation of scheduled preventive maintenance schedules and ensuring their implementation in all network facilities;
● Management of failures and emergencies — prompt response, decision-making, coordination of work until complete elimination;
● Selection of contractors and service providers, administration of contracts, control of the quality and deadlines of the performed work;
● Planning of the maintenance budget, cost control and optimization;
● Organization of equipment and material purchases, administration of warranty and post-warranty service;
● Ensuring the implementation of fire and employee safety requirements, technical documentation and mandatory inspections;
● Cooperation with restaurant managers in solving daily economic issues.

Employee requirements
● At least 2 years of experience in the field of economy or technical maintenance (an advantage — in catering establishments, shopping centers or other network of objects);
● Knowledge of the principles of operation of engineering systems and production equipment;
● Good negotiation and organizational skills, ability to manage several objects simultaneously;
● Independence, responsibility, ability to make decisions in operational situations;
● Driver's license category B.
