Employee requirements:
- have at least a higher university degree (bachelor's degree) or equivalent education or a higher college degree (professional bachelor's degree) or equivalent education;
- meet the qualification requirements established by the Minister of Social Security and Labor of the Republic of Lithuania for occupational safety and health specialists and have a document confirming this;
- have at least 2 years of work experience in organizing and managing the economic processes of the institution;
- have the right to drive category B vehicles and at least 2 years of driving experience;
- be familiar with the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, Government resolutions and other legal acts regulating economic activities, with the principles of asset management and acquisition, fire and civil safety, emergency management, occupational safety and health.
Nature of work:
- monitor the technical condition of the premises and territories, structures and their engineering equipment managed by the Public Institution Construction Sector Development Agency (hereinafter referred to as SSVA) on a trust and use basis;
- supervise the operation of official cars assigned to SSVA;
- assess the need and organize the acquisition of necessary goods and works;
- control the fulfillment of SSVA and suppliers' obligations and compliance with delivery deadlines stipulated in public procurement contracts;
- ensure that energy, material and other resources are used rationally, economically and efficiently;
- prepare SSVA employee safety and health instructions and their amendments and instruct employees on occupational safety issues or organize the acquisition of such a service and perform other functions of an employee safety and health specialist;
- perform other functions specified in the job description.
