Nature of work:
- Laundry coordination: accounting, delivery and collection from the laundry, uniform accounting;
- Warehouse and inventory management coordination: inventory, ordering goods, warehouse accounting, handling invoices and submitting to accounting via the DVS system;
- Organizing the reception of a new resident and coordinating the preparation of the room;
- Ensuring compliance with cleaning quality and hygiene requirements;
- Distribution and control of subordinate employees' work;
- Drawing up work schedules and filling out sheets.
What we expect from the candidate:
- Similar experience in the field of economy, service or administration (experience in a social care institution is an advantage);
- Good organization and ability to plan team work;
- Responsibility, independence and attention to detail;
- Trustworthy approach to hygiene and cleanliness requirements;
- Basic computer literacy skills (MS Office, document management systems);
- Willingness to work in the social field and communicate with older people.
