Nature of work
- Organization of maintenance of buildings, premises and engineering systems of Antakalnis Polyclinic;
- Planning, coordination and control of economic and technical works;
- Cooperation with suppliers, contractors and service providers;
- Organization of minor repairs and troubleshooting;
- Initiation of economic purchases, evaluation of proposals, supervision of contract execution;
- Control of asset accounting and use;
- Preparation and administration of related documentation.
Requirements for the candidate
- Higher education in engineering;
- At least 1 year of work experience in the field of economy, building maintenance, technical service or similar;
- Knowledge of the basics of building operation and engineering systems;
- Ability to independently plan work, set priorities and solve problems;
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Computer literacy (MS Office);
- Category B driver's license.
