Primary responsibilities
We are looking for a responsible, proactive and technically minded specialist who would ensure the maintenance of the company's buildings and engineering systems and coordinate the economic work.

- maintain heating, ventilation, air conditioning, plumbing, sewage and other engineering systems;
- plan and coordinate building repair, maintenance and economic work;
- perform fault analysis, initiate their elimination and preventive work;
- prepare technical tasks, procurement documentation according to competence;
- ensure that buildings and engineering systems comply with legal acts and safety requirements;
- cooperate with other departments of the company in resolving technical and economic issues.
We hope you:
- you have a university or higher engineering education;
- you are familiar with building engineering systems and their operating principles;
- you are able to plan work, organize contractors' activities and make technical decisions;
- you know how to work with a computer (MS Office), you are able to work with technical documentation;
- you are responsible, independent and result-oriented;
- category B driver's license.
