Nature of work
Organize and ensure daily maintenance of the building, premises and general infrastructure.
Supervise the operation of the building's engineering and technical systems, organize preventive work and troubleshooting in a timely manner.
Plan, organize and coordinate current and major repairs.
Select contractors and service providers, collect and evaluate offers, coordinate prices, terms and conditions of work.
Control the quality of work performed by contractors and suppliers, terms and conditions and fulfillment of contractual obligations.
Organize building security, territory maintenance, waste management and other economic services.
Perform accounting and control of building maintenance, repair and economic expenses.
Record failures and defects, draw up work plans and supervise their implementation.
Operatively resolve unforeseen technical and economic situations.
Ensure orderly administration of documentation related to building maintenance, contractors and performed work.
Support other daily business and economic processes of the company as needed.

Employee requirements
Experience in the field of building, premises, real estate or company management.
Ability to independently organize work and coordinate several processes at the same time.
Technical understanding of building operation, engineering systems and repair work.
Ability to work with contractors and suppliers, negotiate prices and control the quality of work.
Responsibility, initiative, practical approach and result orientation.
Ability to plan costs and rationally use company resources.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Category B driver's license.
Technical or engineering education would be an advantage.
Ability to independently organize work and coordinate several processes at the same time.
Technical understanding of building operation, engineering systems and repair work.
Ability to work with contractors and suppliers, negotiate prices and control the quality of work.
